Waiter Assistant - Four Seasons Hotel Madrid

We are looking for candidates oriented toward excellence in service, and who are great team players. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Food and Beverage area, preferably in luxury dining. It is a fundamental requirement to be able to work in a dynamic environment, adapting to and anticipating the needs of customers.

The candidate must have legal permission to work in Spain, and must be proficient in Spanish, as well as English.

At Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, we are looking for waiter assistants to join our team. This position, belonging to the Food and Beverage department, has the primary mission of offering exceptional service to our guests. The responsibilities of the position include:

• Taking orders, serving orders, preparing (if necessary) food and beverage orders, all according to Four Seasons standards and in an efficient, polite, and professional manner.
• Knowing the food and beverage offering, being able to make suggestions to customers.
• Anticipating the needs of customers.
• Taking responsibility for guest requests and complaints, seeking their satisfaction at all times, offering exceptional service and management.
• Cleaning and keeping organized the tables and customer areas, as well as the food and beverage preparation areas.
• Providing customers with pleasant, efficient, and professional service in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Assisting the assigned section head, if any, as well as the department manager.
