The role

What you'll do

The selected person will be responsible for offering health advice and guidance, both in person and by telephone, promoting the health, prevention, and well-being of the users. Likewise, they will plan and deliver talks and workshops related to health education, adapting activities to the needs of the participants, with the aim of fostering self-care, personal autonomy, and improving their quality of life.

Offer health advice and guidance, both in person and by telephone.
Plan and deliver talks and workshops related to health, prevention, and self-care.
Develop activities that promote healthy lifestyle habits and personal autonomy.
Adapt workshops to the needs and interests of the participants.
Identify support needs and provide guidance within their professional scope.
Coordinate with the service's technical team.
Perform the monitoring and recording of the activities developed.

How you'll work

Part-time employment at 20% (8 hours per week), equivalent to one day a week. Flexible schedule, to be determined, with the possibility of distributing the hours over one or several days, adapting to the availability of the selected person and the needs of the service.
