The role

What you'll do

The selected person will be responsible for offering psychological counseling and guidance, both in person and by telephone, promoting the emotional and personal well-being of the users. Likewise, they will plan and deliver talks and workshops related to psychology, adapting activities to the needs of the participants, with the aim of fostering their personal autonomy and improving their quality of life.

Plan and deliver talks and workshops related to psychology and emotional well-being.
Develop activities that foster personal autonomy, self-esteem, and social skills.
Adapt workshops to the needs and interests of the participants.
Identify support needs and provide specialized guidance.
Coordinate with the service's technical team.
Perform the monitoring and recording of the activities developed.

How you'll work

Part-time employment at 20% (8h per week), equivalent to one day a week. Flexible schedule, to be determined, with the possibility of distributing the hours over one or several days, adapting to the availability of the selected person and the needs of the service.
