You will work within a multidisciplinary Safety and Health team, combining prevention, care, training, and emergency management. This role blends on-site presence with administrative management, including the regular use of office software and internal Amazon tools. What you'll do

Key job responsibilities

As a full member of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team, your responsibilities cover a broad scope:

1 - Medical Follow-up and Support for Collaborators:

- Organize and conduct nursing interviews and statutory medical examinations, and ensure their follow-up through our dedicated software programs

- Carry out health advisory actions and specific awareness campaigns (MSDs, gestures and postures, healthy lifestyle habits).

- Support the HR department and managers in adapting workstations to promote job retention, in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (psychologist, social worker, osteopath, ergonomist)

2 - Emergency Situation Management and First Aid Training:

- Train and supervise Occupational First Aiders, and provide emergency care according to medical protocols.

- Analyze interventions to identify areas for improvement and participate in investigations of occupational accidents and professional diseases.

3 - Occupational Risk Prevention:

- Support ergonomic analysis and guarantee risk prevention on the ground.

- Manage the statistical follow-up of occupational accidents.

- Perform periodic observations to identify risk situations, ensure their traceability through our internal tools, and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions

4 - Active Contribution to the Safety Approach:

- Beyond their healthcare functions, actively participate in the center's safety approach: conducting audits, supporting specific programs, and contributing to risk analyses. Performs safety routines, analyzes data, and autonomously deploys action plans

5 - Coordination and Nursing Management:

- Ensure the link between the occupational health service and the operational teams.

- Manage the nursing station (pharmacy, supplies) and maintain statutory records in digital format (nursing care, minor accidents, incident logs).

- Coordinate the supply of first aid and risk exposure sheets, and exchange best practices with the nursing network.

You play a key role within the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team. Your day-to-day will be dynamic and impactful, focused on creating a healthy and safe working environment. You will alternate between conducting health interviews, providing medical assistance, and analyzing, anticipating, and proactively addressing occupational health challenges.
