Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical experience: experience with cranes, preferably in the port system.
Tools and guidelines: ARMG, EH, FL, MHC/PHC, QC/STS, RMG, RS, RTG, SC, SPREADER, TL, TT.
Languages: English C1.
Soft skills: strong communication skills, learning agility, and proactivity.

The role

We are currently looking for a Mechanical Systems Specialist to join our team, 100% remote.

As a Mechanical Systems Specialist, your mission will be to contribute to the development of a knowledge transfer analysis / training needs assessment and participate in the creation of technically accurate and field-relevant training packages, by equipment family and applicable competency area.

What you'll do

Participate in the development of technically accurate and field-relevant training packages, by equipment family and applicable competency area.
Support the active identification of the most up-to-date source technical material and recognize gaps, contradictions, or outdated references.
Interact with subject matter experts from APM Terminals, terminal maintenance teams and, when authorized, OEM-related sources.
Maintain traceability between the source material, competency requirements, learning objectives, course content, and assessment inputs.
