Requirements

What we're looking for

Academic requirements: Technical training/Vocational Training/Degree related to Production Control, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Administration.

Experience requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the aeronautical sector, with applicable competencies or related to:

Aircraft knowledge: Experience in MRTT. Knowledge of military aircraft systems.
Operational planning: Project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile). Use of MS Project or similar tools.
Management systems: Pelícano Plus. Knowledge of SAP PM is valued.
Manufacturing Engineering : Design of manufacturing/maintenance processes. Lean Manufacturing.
Aeronautical regulations: EASA Part-145, ISO 9001.
Documentation management: Preparation of technical manuals, procedures, and reports. Use of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).

The role

What you'll do

1. Production Operational Coordination

Integration with the client team to ensure activity coverage.
Daily execution support: Planning monitoring and periodic updates.
Preparation of periodic reports committed to delivery dates.

2. Comprehensive Materials Management

Preparation and launching of material orders.
Management of order modifications and cancellations.
Follow-up with logistics/production (meetings and meeting minutes).
On-site control of material reception and assignment.
Management of returns upon event closure.
Scrap control (obsolete or damaged materials) and expiry management.

3. Multi-Site Logistics Control and Shipments + Loan Management

Planning and execution of shipments/returns aligned with the schedule.
Traceability of items (materials, tools, equipment).
Management of loans (AGEs, tools, industrial equipment) and timely compliance.

4. Accounting, Costs, and Planning

On-time opening/closing of the aircraft Logbook (ODM).
Issuance of error-free opening/closing reports.
Management of work orders (printing, organization).
Control of the "shopping cart" with registration in the control file.
Recording of working hours.
Updating of planning and cost files.

5. Management of AGEs and Industrial Equipment

Activation and monitoring of AGE and equipment purchases.
Acceptance process for received equipment.
Daily control of equipment maintenance and calibration.
Coordination of repairs with suppliers.
Updating of locations in the system to guarantee operational availability.

6. Closure and Quality Assurance

Verification of completeness in: Shipments/returns, scrap, loans, logbooks, shopping cart, recorded hours, planning/cost updates, delivery with evidence, and traceability to the corresponding team.

7. Technical Support for Defects/Incidents

Technical validation of detected defects.
Comparison with applicable documentation (manuals, SSBB, WP).
Issuance of technical queries or support when necessary.
Guaranteeing traceability with job cards or specific tasks.
