What we're looking for

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Between 10 and 15 years of professional experience in the field of building services.
Experience in the development and coordination of building services projects, especially in building construction and urban developments.
Solid knowledge of mechanical services and the ability to work transversally with other disciplines, especially electrical installations.
Experience in using Revit.
Availability to perform occasional travel to sites.
Preferred location in Seville; applications located in Madrid will also be valued.

The role

We are looking to hire a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to participate in the development and coordination of building services projects, mainly in the field of building construction and urban developments.

We are looking for a profile with mechanical specialization and a global vision of building services projects, capable of coordinating different disciplines and working transversally, with special attention to the mechanical and electrical fields.

The position will be carried out mainly from the office, with occasional travel to sites to perform the necessary monitoring and coordination.

What you'll do

Develop and coordinate building services projects in the field of building construction and urban developments.
Coordinate the different building services disciplines, especially the mechanical area.
Participate in the technical development of projects from a global perspective, contributing their specialization in mechanical services.
Review and coordinate technical documentation, plans, specifications, and building services solutions.
Collaborate with the different engineering and construction teams and other agents involved in the projects.
Perform occasional site visits for the monitoring and coordination of works.
Use BIM tools, especially Revit, in the development and coordination of projects.
