You will work hand in hand with leading companies in their respective sectors during full high-growth phases, driving their evolution and scale.

• You will design and analyze profit and loss statements (P&L), cash flows, and profitability metrics for the incorporation of new apartments and buildings into the Aticco Living portfolio.

• You will prepare high-impact presentations (pitch decks and investment dossiers) tailored to institutional and private owners.

• You will manage strategic meetings and defend Aticco's value proposition to family offices, wealth management firms, real estate agencies, and Real Estate funds.

• Together with the CEO of Aticco Living, you will lead the process from prospecting, preliminary analysis, and due diligence, to the negotiation of terms and closing of contracts.

• You will feed and keep updated the opportunity pipeline and long-term institutional relationships in our Real Estate CRM.

• You will collaborate with the Operations, Architecture, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure the feasibility and setup of each new project.

• You will present progress, market analysis and openings at Aticco Committees.
