Ensure the impeccable execution and compliance of ATICCO's real estate agreements from the pre-signing phase through to the opening and stabilization of each space. You will act as the strategic and operational bridge between the Landlord (landlord) and internal teams (Expansion, Construction, Operations, Facilities, and Finance), guaranteeing strict compliance with contractual obligations, timelines, and economic commitments.

• Education: Degree in Law. A postgraduate degree or master's in Legal Practice, Business Advisory, or Real Estate will be positively valued.

• You combine legal rigor with a business vision: You know that a contract is not a static document, but an operational roadmap aimed at opening spaces on time and within budget.

• You have initiative and the ability to drive results (ownership): You do not wait for things to happen; you convene, demand progress, detect blockages in time, and propose solutions before they turn into cost overruns.

• You are an assertive communicator and a natural negotiator: You feel comfortable managing complex expectations both with large funds or institutional owners and with contractors and internal teams.

• You stand out for your organization and attention to detail: You do not miss a rent-free period end date, a bank guarantee expiry, or a penalty clause.

• You adapt to dynamic and fast-growing environments: You bring structure and methodology without losing agility or empathy with the coworking ecosystem and community.

• You are proficient in Spanish, Catalan, and English; any additional language is a plus.
  

• Review and validate contracts before signing: Analyze lease agreements (leases for offices/buildings) alongside Expansion to detect operational risks, difficult-to-execute milestones, and prepare the handover plan.

• Lead the onboarding of new assets: Break down each signed contract into a clear matrix of commitments, key dates (rent-free periods, handovers, rent commencement), and responsibilities by department.

• Manage the direct relationship with the Landlord: Act as the primary interlocutor with the landlord during the implementation phase, documenting agreements, negotiating minor addenda, and resolving discrepancies or incidents.

• Orchestrate internal teams: Coordinate periodic follow-up meetings with Construction and Operations to align construction progress and commissioning with the agreed contractual deadlines.

• Economic-contractual control with Finance: Monitor the collection or payment of construction contributions (landlord contributions / CAPEX), the establishment and return of deposits/guarantees, rent escalations, and penalties for delays.

• Manage delivery, opening, and handover: Formalize the handover and acceptance certificates of the property, supervise the closure of the snagging list, and transfer stable management to Operations.

• Accountability and quarterly follow-up: Lead the quarterly follow-up of operations and reporting regarding the properties of the buildings in operation.
