• You will supervise and coordinate the operational management of the space, ensuring the building functions under the company's quality standards and resolving operational issues in real time.

• You will support the commercial cycle: from handling incoming inquiries to updating the sales pipeline in the CRM, conducting guided tours, and facilitating the conversion rate.

• You will be the key point of contact for the member community (Front Desk Management), ensuring an excellent user experience, managing client requests (account support), and improving loyalty metrics.

• You will assist with basic financial administration tasks, including preparing data for monthly invoicing, monitoring collections, and tracking payments to suppliers (Accounts Payable).

• You will coordinate relationships with external suppliers for the maintenance of basic services, supervising compliance with budgets and deadlines.

• You will follow up on key metrics regarding occupancy, operational health, and additional space revenue, collaborating directly with the Coworking Manager in decision-making.
