Together with your team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily operations.

What you'll do

Flight preparation and dispatch documentation processing
Flight control and monitoring
Passenger and baggage check-in
Lost baggage claims handling
Flight boarding procedures
Documentation tasks and customer service at the check-in desk
Preparation and processing of flight documentation
Coordination of aircraft turnaround operations
Communication with the aircraft and time monitoring
Assistance and support for flight crews and technical staff

This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced airport environment.

Requirements

What we're looking for

For the Passenger and Operations positions, a B1/B2 level of English and driving license is required.
