MISSION: You will be part of the Underwriting team, contributing to the decision-making that enables the sustainable growth of the insurance business. Your mission will be to analyze and underwrite the risks within your scope of action, applying established regulations and technical criteria, with a focus on profitability, portfolio quality, and the proper balance between commercial opportunity and technical rigor. In this environment, the Underwriting function is strategic to guarantee profitable and sustainable growth. This position will allow you to develop a technical-commercial vision of the business, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate actively in risk assessment, the definition of insurance solutions, and portfolio optimization, contributing directly to the business objectives. FUNCTIONS: • Analyze and quote the risks received within the established technical authorization levels. • Follow up on quotes alongside the business team, contributing to improving the conversion of opportunities into new policies. • Advise distributors and commercial teams on underwriting and risk assessment matters. • Proactively review and manage the assigned portfolio, providing a technical-commercial vision oriented toward the profitability and sustainability of the business. • Guarantee the correct development of underwriting and policy issuance processes within your scope of responsibility. PROFILE: Education: • Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Engineering, or Actuarial Sciences. Technical knowledge: • English • Interest in annuity issuance and underwriting • Knowledge of insurance products. • Knowledge of underwriting and issuance processes within your area of competence. • Ability to apply technical criteria for risk analysis and assessment.
