What we're looking for
Solid experience in multi-line insurance underwriting (SME and/or individuals)
Technical knowledge in insurance products: property, liability, motor, home, accident, and funeral
Experience in portfolio analysis and decision-making oriented towards profitability
Ability to communicate with commercial teams and internal/external stakeholders
Autonomy, results orientation, and decision-making ability
Valuable:
Nice to have
Experience in the bancassurance environment
Participation in product development projects
Higher education (degree or equivalent)
English level (B2)

What you'll do
Lead risk underwriting for the SME and Individuals segment, within the established levels of authority
Manage multi-line products (Property, Liability, Motor, Home, Accident, Funeral), ensuring their competitiveness
Continuously analyze the portfolio to optimize profitability and growth
Apply the underwriting regulations of the Company and the Allianz Group
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales areas to drive business development in the banking channel
Actively support the commercial process (new business acquisition and renewals)
Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of new products or improvements
Participate in cross-functional projects and training activities in your area of expertise
