What will your duties be? Support in administrative duties and attention to distributors using the systems and processes established by your company. Underwriting of new risks and management of policies in force through data analysis and information. Technical advice on business insurance coverage for brokers and sales agents. Issuance of insurance contracts, policy endorsements, and certificates for the Company lines of business. Preparation of the documentation corresponding to the underwriting work carried out. Telephone support in advisory and service tasks. Support and monitoring in the Business area, both administratively and commercially. How do we imagine you? Profile: Completed or in-progress degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, or similar fields. Good organizational and planning skills. Communication skills. Teamwork and customer orientation. Attention to detail. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop in the insurance sector. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Start date: September. What is expected of you? 1. Suscripción de nuevos riesgos y control de pólizas en cartera mediante análisis de datos e información. Asesoramiento técnico en coberturas de seguros de empresas a mediadores y comerciales. Emisión de contratos de seguro, suplementos a póliza y certificados de los ramos de Empresa. Preparar la documentación correspondiente a las suscripciones realizadas. Atención telefónica en tareas de asesoramiento y servicio. Apoyo y seguimiento en Negocio tanto a nivel administrativo como comercial. ¿Cómo te imaginamos? Perfil: Finalizado o cursando: Grado en Finanzas, Economía, ADE, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Organización Industrial o similares. Buenas habilidades de organización y planificación. Habilidades de comunicación. Trabajo en equipo y orientación al cliente. Orientación al detalle. Actitud proactiva y con ganas de aprender y desarrollarte en el sector asegurador. Conocimiento Paquete Office 365 (Excel, Word y PowerPoint). Incorporación septiembre ¿Qué se espera de ti? 1. Apoyo en funciones administrativas y atención a distribuidores mediante los sistemas y procesos establecidos por la compañía. 2. Emisión de contratos de seguro, suplementos a póliza y certificados de los ramos de Empresa. 3. Realizar la suscripción y gestión técnico - administrativa de nuevo negocio y cartera de los ramos de Empresa 4. Análisis y evaluación de los riesgos, en daños materiales, a través de Informes de verificación realizados por Ingeniería 5. Preparar la documentación correspondiente a las suscripciones realizadas. 6. Atención telefónica en tareas de asesoramiento y servicio. ¿Por qué unirte a AXA España?
