The role

R&D Technician - Formulation and Testing

At ConfiARTE, we are selecting an R&D Technician to join a major industrial company specializing in the development and manufacture of cleaning products for domestic, professional, and industrial markets.

We are looking for a person with a scientific background, an interest in chemical formulation, and laboratory experience, who wants to integrate into a technologically advanced, dynamic industrial environment oriented towards innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

Your mission

You will join the Research and Development area, participating in the development, analysis, and optimization of formulations and products.

Your main responsibilities will include

Support the development and optimization of new formulas and existing products.

Prepare samples and execute laboratory tests.

Perform analytical and physical tests: pH, viscosity, density, and stability, among others.

Record, analyze, and monitor the results obtained.

Detect possible deviations and collaborate in proposing improvements.

Work in a coordinated manner with the Quality, Production, and other technical departments.

Comply with internal laboratory, safety, quality, and traceability procedures.
