BIM Coordinator

We are looking to bring on board a BIM Coordinator to join our team in Digital Engineering, working on national and international projects with high technical demands.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of solutions that respond to real challenges on a global scale, working alongside specialised teams.

Lead BIM coordination across the different disciplines (architecture, structures and MEP), ensuring the quality and consistency of the models.

Develop and maintain high-detail BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Detect, analyse and resolve clashes between disciplines to optimise the design and reduce issues on site.

Manage and integrate point clouds from laser scanning and other reality capture technologies.

Degree in Architecture or similar

BIM training, preferably a BIM Master's degree.

Experience in BIM coordination work across different disciplines

Previous experience in collaborative environments such as CDE (Common Data Environment).

Minimum English level B2 (a language test will be carried out)

Buscamos incorporar un/a Coordinador/a BIM para formar parte de nuestro equipo en Digital Engineering, participando en proyectos de carácter nacional e internacional y alta exigencia técnica.

Tendrás la oportunidad de contribuir al desarrollo de soluciones que dan respuesta a desafíos reales a escala global, trabajando junto a equipos especializados.

Liderar la coordinación BIM entre las diferentes disciplinas (arquitectura, estructuras e instalaciones), garantizando la calidad y coherencia de los modelos.

Desarrollar y mantener modelos BIM de alto nivel de detalle utilizando Autodesk Revit.

Detectar, analizar y resolver interferencias entre disciplinas para optimizar el diseño y reducir incidencias en obra.

Gestionar e integrar nubes de puntos procedentes de escáner láser y otras tecnologías de captura de realidad.

Titulado Arquitectura o similar

Formación BIM, preferiblemente un Master BIM.

Experiencia en trabajos de coordinación BIM de distintas disciplinas

Experiencia previa en entornos colaborativos como CDE (Common Data Enviroment).

Nivel de inglés mínimo B2 (se hará prueba de idioma)
