Junior Project Manager (Real Estate)

Provide support to the Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring projects.

Carry out cost control and monitoring, identifying potential deviations and proposing corrective actions.

Update and monitor the project schedule, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

Prepare progress reports and consolidate information for decision-making.

Coordinate the collection and management of the project's technical, contractual, and financial documentation.

Monitor actions, risks, and incidents, ensuring their proper resolution.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the efficient progress of projects.

Attend project meetings, drafting minutes and following up on commitments made.

University degree (Architecture, Civil or Industrial Engineering).

Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years.

B2 level of English desirable.

Availability to live in or relocate to Tarragona.
