Requirements

What we're looking for

· Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial construction (energy, oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, or large industrial plants).

· Experience in operational site management, production control, and quality control.

· Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industrial execution methods.

· Advanced handling and interpretation of civil, mechanical, electrical, P&ID, and isometric blueprints.

· Knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM, ACI, AWS, or equivalent standards.

· Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and monitoring construction progress.

· Ability to prepare technical reports and monitoring documentation.

· Experience in EPC/EPCM projects [Valuable].

· Technical English level [Valuable].

· Advanced Excel skills [Valuable].

Degree in Psychology, Occupational Sciences or similar

Minimum English level B2 (a language test will be carried out)

Possibility of establishing an agreement with the University

The role

We are looking to hire an Industrial Site Manager to participate in an important industrial project in Salamanca.

The position is oriented towards professionals with extensive experience in industrial construction, capable of leading the execution of complex works, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety, deadline, and cost objectives.

You will have the opportunity to be part of a highly relevant project, collaborating with specialized teams and contributing directly to the success of the construction and commissioning of industrial facilities.

What you'll do

· Supervision and control of daily construction activities on site.

· Verification of compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

· Coordination of internal work teams and contractors.

· Interpretation of blueprints, technical specifications, and project documentation.

· Supervision of civil, mechanical, electrical, and piping construction processes.

· Carrying out quality inspections and punch list management.

· Preparation of progress reports, photographic reports, and daily resource control.

· Resolution of technical incidents and proposal of improvements during the execution of the works.

· Participation in coordination meetings with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and Planning.

· Control of materials, tools, resources, and compliance with schedules.
