Technical Assistance Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

We are looking to bring on board a Technical Assistance Project Manager to join our Construction Supervision team and lead the coordination and supervision of Construction Management and Technical Assistance contracts. You will take part in highly technically demanding railway projects in western Andalusia, based in Seville.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate on the supervision and coordination of large-scale works, working alongside specialized teams and contributing to the development of key infrastructure.

· Support the Unit Head in the technical coordination and supervision of project activities.

· Carry out monitoring and control of construction execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and applicable regulations.

· Provide technical support to the team and collaborate on resolving issues with contractors and suppliers.

· Prepare and review technical reports, construction documentation, and project progress analyses.

· Collaborate on the implementation and monitoring of quality, safety, and risk prevention plans.

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Roads, Canals, and Ports Engineering.

· At least 15 years of experience as Deputy or Unit Head in Technical Assistance for construction.

· Experience in linear works, especially railway projects (roads or metro will also be valued).

· Knowledge of the regulations and procedures applicable to civil works projects.

· Coordination skills, technical leadership, organization, and teamwork.

Buscamos incorporar un/a Project Manager de Asistencia Técnica para formar parte de nuestro equipo de Supervisión de Obra y liderar la coordinación y supervisión de contratos de Dirección de Obra y Asistencia Técnica. Participarás en proyectos ferroviarios de alta exigencia técnica en la zona occidental de Andalucía, con base en Sevilla.

Tendrás la oportunidad de colaborar en la supervisión y coordinación de obras de gran envergadura, trabajando junto a equipos especializados y contribuyendo al desarrollo de infraestructuras clave.

· Apoyar al Jefe/a de Unidad en la coordinación técnica y supervisión de las actividades del proyecto.

· Realizar el seguimiento y control de la ejecución de obras, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos, calidad y normativa aplicable.

· Proporcionar soporte técnico al equipo y colaborar en la resolución de incidencias con contratistas y proveedores.

· Elaborar y revisar informes técnicos, documentación de obra y análisis del avance del proyecto.

· Colaborar en la implantación y seguimiento de los planes de calidad, seguridad y prevención de riesgos.

· Grado o Máster en Ingeniería Civil o Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos.

· Al menos 15 años de experiencia como Adjunto/a o Jefe/a de Unidad en Asistencia Técnica de obra.

· Experiencia en obras lineales, especialmente ferroviarias (se valorarán también carreteras o metro).

· Conocimiento de la normativa y procedimientos aplicables a proyectos de obra civil.

· Capacidad de coordinación, liderazgo técnico, organización y trabajo en equipo.
