The role

From Grupo Crit we are selecting an Industrial Facilities and Maintenance Manager to join the Engineering Department of a major company in the aeronautical sector, located in the Aerópolis Industrial Park, Seville.

The position offers continuity within the department based on the performance of the selected candidate and the future needs of the company.

Main duties

• Comprehensive management of the company's facility maintenance.

• Leadership and coordination of a team of 5 people.

• Management, monitoring, and coordination of subcontractors.

• Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities.

• Control and monitoring of electrical installations, compressed air, fire protection systems, and lifting equipment.

• Supervision of maintenance for surface treatment lines.

• Coordination of maintenance for more than 20 CNC machining machines.

• Monitoring of paint booths, heat treatment furnaces, and access control systems.

• Ensuring the proper operation and availability of industrial facilities of approximately 7,000 m².

How you'll work

• Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexible start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. You may work a minimum of 6 hours and a maximum of 10 hours per shift. You must work at least 3 afternoons until 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break and paid meals. At the end of the week, you must have completed the weekly hours.
