What we're looking for

•Experience as a Service Manager, Application Manager, Service •Delivery Manager, Technical Business Analyst or similar positions.

•Experience in incident management and functional support of corporate applications.

•Experience coordinating providers and SLA monitoring.

•Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL.

•Ability to understand and diagnose incidents in integrated environments.

•Salesforce, CRM, and ticketing.

•Knowledge in: REST/SOAP APIs, integrations between systems, logs and monitoring, HTTP, DNS, SSO/OAuth, distributed architectures, and dependencies between applications.

The role

At BETWEEN we collaborate with leading companies, driving digital transformation projects, technological innovation, and critical services management.

We are currently looking for a Technical Service Manager - Digital Applications capable of becoming the operational benchmark for digital platforms, acting as a bridge between business, technology, and providers.

What you'll do

• Manage incidents, problems, and requests regarding corporate digital applications.

• Analyze incidents from end to end, identifying the probable cause before escalating.

• Coordinate external providers and guarantee SLA compliance.

• Provide functional support for platforms such as Salesforce, ticketing, payment gateways, web, app, and other digital services.

• Follow up on critical incidents until their resolution.

• Analyze logs, integrations, and dependencies between systems.

• Participate in releases, validations, and post-production monitoring.

• Collaborate with Business, Digital Product, and Technology teams for the continuous improvement of services.

How you'll work

📍 Model initially on-site in Barcelona, with the possibility of subsequently moving to a hybrid modality
