We are looking to hire a Functional Analyst with technical knowledge and experience in the insurance sector, especially in the field of Health Insurance.

The selected person will act as a link between the business areas and the technical teams, participating in the analysis of needs, definition of requirements, and monitoring of the technological solutions associated with the main health insurance business processes.

• Analysis and gathering of functional requirements with the business areas.
• Preparation of functional analyses and requirements documentation.
• Definition and modeling of processes related to Health Insurance.
• Participation in projects linked to benefits, authorizations, and healthcare management processes.
• Interfacing and coordination between business users and technical/development teams.
• Analysis of incidents and system evolution needs.
• Functional monitoring of developments and validation of implemented solutions.
• Participation in functional testing and support during implementation phases.
