Functional Analyst Banking Risk | Recovery Management (SIREC)

As a Functional Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring that functional requirements are accurately translated into high-value technical solutions.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Analyze, understand, and translate functional requirements coming from business areas.
• Produce detailed, high-quality functional documentation for the various developments and initiatives.
• Coordinate and support the technical team responsible for the implementation and evolution of the SIREC tool.
• Participate in the integration of the solution with the entity's systems and platforms.
• Facilitate communication among functional teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
• Monitor initiatives, identifying risks, dependencies, and business needs.
• Provide functional support to users throughout the different project phases.
• Participate in functional testing, validations, and incident tracking.
• Ensure proper traceability of requirements and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

• Between 1 and 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a functional role within banking projects.
• Knowledge and experience working with the SIREC tool.
• Experience in functional analysis, requirements definition, and functional documentation.
• Ability to interact with business areas and technical teams.
• Experience participating in implementation projects and/or the evolutionary maintenance of technological solutions.
• Organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of Recovery Management or Collections processes within the financial sector.
• Experience in digital transformation projects in banking.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

• Analizar, entender y aterrizar requerimientos funcionales procedentes de las áreas de negocio.
• Elaborar documentación funcional detallada y de calidad para los diferentes desarrollos e iniciativas.
• Coordinar y dar soporte al equipo técnico encargado de la implantación y evolución de la herramienta SIREC.
• Participar en la integración de la solución con los sistemas y plataformas de la entidad financiera.
• Facilitar la comunicación entre equipos funcionales, técnicos y otros stakeholders involucrados en el proyecto.
• Realizar seguimiento de iniciativas, identificando riesgos, dependencias y necesidades de negocio.
• Dar soporte funcional a usuarios durante las distintas fases del proyecto.
• Participar en pruebas funcionales, validaciones y seguimiento de incidencias.
• Asegurar la correcta trazabilidad de requisitos y entregables a lo largo del ciclo de vida del proyecto.

• Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia como Analista Funcional o perfil funcional en proyectos del sector bancario.
• Conocimiento y experiencia trabajando con la herramienta SIREC.
• Experiencia en análisis funcional, definición de requisitos y documentación funcional.
• Capacidad para interactuar con áreas de negocio y equipos técnicos.
• Experiencia participando en proyectos de implantación y/o mantenimiento evolutivo de soluciones tecnológicas.
• Capacidad de organización, autonomía y seguimiento de múltiples iniciativas.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders.

• Conocimiento de procesos de Gestión Recuperatoria o Recuperaciones dentro del sector financiero.
• Experiencia en proyectos de transformación digital en banca.
• Conocimiento de metodologías Agile.
• Experiencia participando en pruebas funcionales (UAT) y gestión de incidencias.
• Familiaridad con arquitecturas de integración y entornos complejos.
