We are looking for a Senior OutSystems Developer to support different OutSystems teams and participate in the development of business applications for various areas of the organization, including fields such as Finance and Risk.

• Design and develop business applications using OutSystems, following an Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Participate in the entire development and delivery cycle of solutions, including functionality demonstrations, production deployments, and release procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, transforming user and business needs into technical requirements for the sprint backlog.
• Align requirements and possible solutions with the rest of the team to identify the best technical approach.
• Be a co-owner of the internal repository of reusable components, managing its lifecycle and incorporating new components when necessary.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to maintaining high quality standards in development.
• Collaborate actively with Tech Leads and other developers from the OutSystems community.
• Contribute to the evolution of the team's ways of working, services, components, and best practices.
• Participate in the application and evolution of the best practices defined by the OutSystems Center of Excellence.
• Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to other team members when necessary.
