Microcomputing Technician
At Babel, we are looking to hire 1 Microcomputing Technician with knowledge of systems and networks and at least 2 years of experience to be part of our IT team.
What will you do?
- The selected person will participate in user support, laptop lifecycle management, and certain system administration tasks, network/communications management, and technological infrastructure maintenance.
🎯Requirements
- Higher vocational training in Computer Systems and Network Administration, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support, systems, and network administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, backups, virtualization, and networks.
- Diagnostic capacity, user orientation, and teamwork.
- Knowledge of: Azure, VMware, Cisco switching, Forti firewall, and cybersecurity will be valued.
