IT Technician and Technical Service - Camper Sector

• Stable project with future prospects.
• Initial contract of 6 months through Marlex, with a real possibility of subsequent incorporation into the company via permanent contract.
• Schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:00 h to 17:00 h.
• Salary during the initial period with Marlex according to the collective agreement.
• €30,500 gross per year once incorporated into the company (subject to possible changes).

• Training or experience in IT, technology, or a technical field.
• Knowledge of Visual Basic, C#, SQL Server, and Windows.
• Ability to diagnose incidents and seek solutions.
• Ease of working with different IT tools and systems.

• Knowledge of water, electricity, and/or gas.
• Experience or knowledge of the camper/caravanning sector.
• Experience in technical-administrative positions.
• Knowledge of technical or industrial products.

At Marlex People, we collaborate with a major company specializing in materials and solutions for the camper and caravanning sector, which is looking to hire an IT Technician - Technical Administrative professional to provide support to the IT manager and the technical department.

This is a multipurpose position with future prospects, combining approximately 70% administrative-technical functions and 30% IT functions.

• Maintenance, installation, and configuration of computers and peripherals.
• Diagnosis and resolution of IT incidents and breakdowns.
• User support.
• Management and support of networks, routers, Wi-Fi, printers, and connections.
• IT security and monitoring of backups.
• Support to the IT manager.
• Working with systems based on Windows, SQL Server, Visual Basic, and C#.
• Support to the technical department regarding product features and functionality.
• Handling and management of technical customer inquiries.
• Management and monitoring of incidents and warranties.
• Updating of technical and administrative documentation.
• Entry and review of information in internal systems.
• Coordination with other departments.
• Support in various administrative and technical tasks.

Additionally, you will work directly providing support to the IT manager and will be able to progressively expand your knowledge, autonomy, and responsibilities.
