We need a Microcomputing Technician to work for an IT sector company in the Madrid area and perform the following functions:
- First-level user incident attention and resolution.
- Remote and on-site support for end users.
- Preparation, delivery, and imaging of equipment.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of computer equipment.
- Basic repair and replacement of hardware components in desktop and laptop computers.
- Diagnosis of hardware and software incidents.
- Resolution of basic connectivity and network incidents.
- Management of user onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Management of groups, permissions, and corporate access.
- Administration of email accounts and mailboxes.
- Configuration and resolution of incidents related to Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications).
- Configuration of printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Installation and updating of corporate software.
- Basic configuration of remote access and VPN clients.
- Management and monitoring of incidents through a ticketing tool.
- Inventory and control of IT assets.
