Regional Communications Specialist Southern EMEA

• University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in internal and external communications in an international corporate environment.
• Demonstrable experience in media relations, change communication, and crisis communication, ideally with a consolidated network in the Spanish media.
• Excellent writing skills in various formats, from speeches and press releases to social media posts.
• Great advisory capacity and demonstrable experience working with leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
• Creative mindset, proactive and structured working style, ease in establishing contacts, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in the use of communication tools and platforms, such as content management systems (CMS), and a true curiosity for artificial intelligence.
• Excellent command, both written and spoken, of English and Spanish. Knowledge of Portuguese, French, Turkish, or Italian will be valued.

Our Communications team works closely with the various business areas to ensure that our strategy is understood and that our story is told. As Regional Communications Specialist for Southern EMEA, you will give voice to the Surventis brand in Spain, Portugal, Turkey, and Southern Europe. You will define how Surventis is presented in your region through robust communication and media strategies, a wide regional network, and content that builds trust. You will work hand in hand with our business units to strengthen our reputation and keep our employees informed and engaged.

• You will create and consolidate relationships with media outlets, industry associations, and key external stakeholders, ensuring that Surventis has visibility and enjoys recognition in the region.
• You will design tailored communication plans and messages that connect with their audiences, especially in strategic projects and organizational transformation processes.
• You will coordinate crisis communication and the management of relevant affairs with internal partners, including the EHS area.
• You will support our leaders through compelling speeches, presentations, and informative materials for media encounters and corporate events.
• You will create content for internal and external audiences, from press releases to intranet articles and social media posts, using an unmistakably Surventis voice.
• You will bring global messages to life at a local level and adapt them for employees, through both digital and in-person channels.
