About the company & team

We are an international insurance and reinsurance business with 30 years of experience and a growing presence across Europe. Our European businesses bring together specialist expertise in insurance and insurance distribution, with a strong focus on surety, financial guarantees and selected specialty lines.

We are a B2B business working with corporate clients, brokers and business partners across several European markets. Our approach combines insurance expertise with an understanding of corporate finance and credit risk.

As we grow, we want to strengthen our corporate reputation, brand positioning and communications across Europe, while developing a consistent internal identity and culture that preserves our entrepreneurial spirit.

This is where you come in.Your MissionYour mission will be to strengthen our corporate reputation, brand positioning and communications, helping us communicate our expertise, business evolution and value proposition while building a credible, consistent presence across our markets.

One of your first major assignments will be to lead the communications and implementation planning for a new corporate brand identity, currently targeted for Q1 2027. Working with senior management and local teams, you will help develop the brand positioning, narrative and key messages around the new name and visual identity, and turn these into a clear communications plan and coordinated European rollout, involving external specialists where appropriate.

Much of the communications framework, content and supporting materials will need to be developed from scratch. You will proactively gather information from senior leadership, establish priorities and turn strategic input into practical plans and deliverables.

Beyond the rebranding, you will manage ongoing corporate communications, PR, brand and digital activities. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with significant ownership, combining strategic judgment with practical execution rather than focusing exclusively on traditional PR or marketing campaigns.

The position is expected to report directly to the Group CEO in Madrid, working closely with senior management and local teams across Europe.
