About the role

At Lekuona we are looking to bring on board an Occupational Risk Prevention Technician to coordinate all preventive activity across the different companies in the group, working transversally with the various teams and serving as a key figure to ensure compliance with regulations and the proper functioning of the prevention system.

What will your mission be?

Your mission will be to coordinate all activity related to Occupational Risk Prevention across the group, ensuring the proper functioning of the preventive system and acting as a link between the company, the External Prevention Service, the Mutual Insurance Company, area managers and the various suppliers.

What you'll do

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • You will coordinate and monitor preventive activities together with the External Prevention Service.

  • You will oversee risk assessments, health surveillance and training actions in the field of occupational risk prevention.

  • You will manage the Coordination of Business Activities (CAE).

  • You will investigate accidents and incidents, proposing and implementing preventive and corrective actions.

  • You will ensure compliance with current legislation and the correct implementation of the Prevention System.

  • You will collaborate with the various managers of the different companies and workplaces to identify needs and monitor preventive actions.

  • You will coordinate preventive maintenance of facilities and machinery.

  • You will manage corrective maintenance issues, coordinating actions with external suppliers and following them through to resolution.

  • You hold a qualification as a Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention.

  • You bring experience in occupational risk prevention roles, preferably in industrial and multi-company environments.

  • You have worked coordinating different stakeholders, suppliers or workplaces.

  • You are an organized, autonomous person with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.

  • You enjoy working transversally and collaborating with different departments.

  • You have initiative, planning skills and a problem-solving mindset.

  • You are available for occasional travel between the company's different sites.
