Development and Operations Manager

To take on this challenge, Innova is looking to bring on board a Development and Operations Manager.

You will be the person responsible for supporting Management in the launch, consolidation, and growth of Innova.

You will turn strategy into concrete action plans, coordinate the development of technology projects and services, and help establish the processes, methodologies, and management systems needed to build an efficient and scalable business.

This is a cross-functional position, combining strategy and execution, where it will be essential to understand both the needs of the business and clients as well as how digital projects and services operate.

• You will participate, together with General Management and Technology Management, in defining the action plan and strategic priorities of Innova.

• You will turn strategy into concrete initiatives, establishing objectives, milestones, owners, and tracking indicators.

• You will oversee the full lifecycle of technology projects and services, from conception through deployment and subsequent monitoring.

• You will ensure that the solutions developed meet business needs and deliver real value to clients.

• You will coordinate technical and support teams, both internal and external, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

• You will drive the creation of presentations, commercial materials, onboarding content, and documentation needed to launch and develop the different services.

• You will collaborate on the communication, marketing, and positioning strategy of Innova.

• You will design and document the main operational processes, helping to build an efficient and scalable work structure.

• You will lead the deployment and monitoring of the Integrated Management System across departments and external collaborators where applicable.

• You will support and coordinate the team in its day-to-day activities, promoting a culture based on responsibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• You will analyze the results of the different initiatives, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing adjustments with agility.

You will fit this position if...

• You have at least five years of experience in roles related to project management, operations, or business development, preferably in technology or digital transformation environments.

• You understand the software lifecycle and digital services. You don't need to know how to code, but you do need to understand how technology solutions are designed, developed, deployed, and maintained.

• You have worked in early-stage businesses, new ventures, or growth and transformation environments.

• You have experience defining and implementing processes, agile methodologies, or similar frameworks.

• You are able to combine strategic vision with a clear focus on execution.

• You bring a builder's mindset, autonomy, and the ability to thrive in changing environments with structures that are still evolving.

• You work with a results orientation, focusing on the impact generated rather than just the activity carried out.

• You have analytical skills, good judgment, and the ability to synthesize information and make data-driven decisions.

• You have the skills to coordinate teams, stakeholders, and collaborators with diverse profiles.
