International Financial Controller

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar fields.

• Previous experience in auditing, with experience gained at a Big 4 firm especially valued.

• Advanced level of English. Knowledge of French will be positively valued.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Residence in Gipuzkoa or willingness to relocate to the area.

• Availability to travel occasionally to the Group's international subsidiaries in Austria, France, Morocco, and the USA.

• Analytical skills and a global vision to transform financial information into useful conclusions for the business.

• Autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to coordinate with teams and partners in different countries.

• Experience in financial control positions within industrial groups with international presence will be valued.

Within the financial department of the corporate services of the Calcinor group, you will participate in the supervision and coordination of the accounting and financial operations of the international locations. You will play a fundamental role in the global financial management of Calcinor, ensuring the accuracy of reports, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making based on financial performance across multiple locations.

• INTERNATIONAL PROJECTION: You will participate in the economic-financial management of the Group's international subsidiaries, maintaining a direct relationship with their teams and local partners.

• IMPACT ON DECISIONS: You will prepare and analyze relevant financial information for Management and Boards of Directors, contributing to performance evaluation and strategic decision-making.

• PROJECT DIVERSITY: You will combine the financial control of international operations with participation in growth projects, financial planning, and M&A operations.

• You will collaborate in the preparation of the annual consolidated budget and long-term financial planning.

• You will monitor the budget of subsidiaries and analyze variances between actual and forecast results.

• You will participate in the coordination of control tasks and maintain regular meetings with international partners.

• You will actively collaborate in international M&A projects and due diligence processes related to CALCINOR's growth and corporate development strategy.
