Product Support Technician

Reporting directly to the Product Support Manager, you will be the person responsible for ensuring the maintenance, updating, and correct management of the technical and industrial information of boilermaking products, managing modifications to product structures, manufacturing routes, master data in ERP BaaN, and associated technical documentation, ensuring consistency between engineering, production, and management systems.

We are looking for a Product Support Technician

• Management of engineering changes affecting the structure and technical definition of components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies, ensuring the correct updating of graphic documentation and CAD models in Creo Modeling.

• Ensure that the various revisions of items are correctly recorded and implemented in BaaN, guaranteeing data integrity and traceability throughout the entire product life cycle.

• Verify the consistency and integrity of the technical information associated with each reference.

• Create, update, and optimize manufacturing routes for boilermaking products.

• Manage the parameterization and maintenance of manufacturing routes, guaranteeing the correct definition of operations, resources, standard times, and production centers.

• Participate in the implementation of improvements oriented towards the efficiency of production processes.

• Manage the technical and industrial information of products in the ERP Baan system.

• Perform registration, modification, and maintenance of items, structures, routes, and industrial parameters.

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and traceability of the master data used by the Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics areas.

• Perform technical modifications on drawings and part models using Creo Elements Modeling.

• Keep manufacturing technical documentation updated in accordance with approved engineering changes.

• Manage documentary revisions, guaranteeing correct identification and version control.
