Reporting to the Quality Department, your main function is to ensure that products supplied by providers comply with previously defined specifications

We are looking for an External Non-Conformity Technician

• Act as a direct interlocutor with customers and the factory for the resolution of customer complaints.

• Analyze external product incidents reported to the factory (except SPV actions). If necessary, coordinate or develop corrective actions on the product, responding to the corresponding customer complaint.

• In the case of product returns from the customer to the factory for analysis, you will perform joint monitoring of the internal "Material Returns" procedure with the External Recoveries area.

• Analyze complaints from internal and end customers resulting from factory service non-conformities, collaborating in the definition, deployment, and evaluation of the most efficient corrective actions in order to avoid the repetition of such non-conformities.

• Lead the periodic follow-up meetings for the Customer Non-Conformity Treatment process.

• Calculate MTBF and MTTR data for the ODS product.

• Generate a database by product of external-internal failure modes to provide feedback to the design and process FMEA.

• Define improvement activities to reduce the RPN

• Obtain Cost of Poor Quality data.
