Financial and Tax Technician

At Batz Group, we want to add a Financial and Tax Technician to our finance team.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will participate in the company's financial management, collaborating in areas such as taxation, management control, results analysis, and audit processes. You will have the opportunity to get to know different areas of the business and help improve the reliability of the Group's financial information.

• Assisting in the preparation and presentation of tax returns, monitoring legislative updates, and coordinating with external advisors regarding any inquiries or requirements.
• Participating in external audits, preparing and providing the necessary documentation and information, as well as following up on any issues that may arise.
• Assisting in the financial monitoring of different business units, analyzing results, and identifying potential deviations.
• Analyzing production cost deviations and those related to inventory valuation.
• Participating in the development and monitoring of management plans and budgets for the different business units.
• Assisting in the processes of preparing, consolidating, and monitoring the Group's results.
• Helping to ensure the reliability of the financial information and its compliance with the criteria and policies established by the Group.
• Colaborar en la preparación y presentación de las declaraciones fiscales, realizar el seguimiento de novedades legislativas y coordinarse con asesores externos ante posibles consultas o requerimientos.
• Participar en auditorías externas, preparando y facilitando la documentación e información requerida, así como realizando el seguimiento de las cuestiones que puedan surgir.
• Colaborar en el seguimiento económico de las distintas unidades de negocio, analizando resultados y detectando posibles desviaciones.
• Analizar las desviaciones de costes de producción y las relacionadas con la valoración de inventarios.
• Participar en la elaboración y seguimiento de los planes de gestión y presupuestos de las diferentes unidades de negocio.
• Colaborar en los procesos de reporting, consolidación y seguimiento de resultados del Grupo.
• Contribuir a garantizar la fiabilidad de la información económico-financiera y su adecuación a los criterios y políticas establecidos por el Grupo.

Desde Batz Group buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a Financiero/a y Fiscal para formar parte de nuestro equipo financiero.

En dependencia del Responsable Financiero, participarás en la gestión económico-financiera de la compañía, colaborando en ámbitos como la fiscalidad, el control de gestión, el análisis de resultados y los procesos de auditoría. Tendrás la oportunidad de conocer diferentes áreas del negocio y contribuir a la mejora y fiabilidad de la información financiera del Grupo.

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field.
• Having a master's degree in Auditing, Taxation, etc., is an advantage.
• Approximately 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or audit departments, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Experience in financial auditing, both external and internal, as well as knowledge of accounting information review and control processes, will be highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial analysis.
• Experience in year-end closing, budget preparation, management control, and deviation analysis.
• Knowledge of Excel and experience working with ERP systems.
• English level B2 or higher.

• Professional experience of around 3 years in financial, accounting, or audit departments, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Experience in financial auditing, both external and internal, and knowledge of accounting information review and control processes will be especially valued.
• Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial analysis.
• Experience in accounting closures, budget preparation, management control, and deviation analysis.
• Good command of Excel and experience working with ERP tools.
• English level B2 or higher.
