We are looking for a Technical Lead Engineer to lead Asset Management (AM) projects within the Retail Client Solutions area.

The candidate will provide a strong capacity for execution to drive the development of the global AM technological roadmap. Their main mission will be to understand business needs and direct the execution of innovative digital solutions, coordinating global and local multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellence in product delivery.

As part of the AM&GW team in Client Solutions Engineering Retail, you will be responsible for managing technical dependencies, coordinating collaboration between the various teams involved, as well as supervising staffing and budget management for the projects under your charge. All of this will be under Agile frameworks, guaranteeing compliance with the Group's execution standards and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions aligned with the global Asset Management roadmap.

• Identify, mitigate, and resolve complex technical dependencies between the various initiatives and projects within the area.

• Plan personnel allocation (staffing) and control the budget execution of each project under your charge.

• Supervise the fulfillment of key milestones to guarantee excellence, quality, and timeliness in the delivery of digital products.

• Direct collaboration between local and global multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical alignment with the Client Solutions Engineering Retail division.

• Guarantee the adoption of agile methodologies and compliance with the Group's architecture and security standards.

• More than 5 years of experience in technological project management within the BBVA Group. Experience in international or multi-country scope projects will be especially valued.

• Extensive knowledge of the complete systems development lifecycle (from design and architecture to production implementation).

• Technical experience and development on AWS and VDC infrastructures, as well as mastery of the Group's technological stack (Ether / NextGen).

• Knowledge of the Asset Management or Private Banking business.

• Proven experience in people management, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a Responsable Técnico para liderar proyectos de Asset Management (AM) dentro del área de Retail Client Solutions.

El/la candidato/a aportará una sólida capacidad de ejecución para impulsar el desarrollo del roadmap tecnológico global de AM. Su misión principal será comprender las necesidades de negocio y dirigir la ejecución de soluciones digitales innovadoras, coordinando equipos multidisciplinares globales y locales para asegurar la excelencia en la entrega del producto.

Como parte del equipo de AM&GW en Client Solutions Engineering Retail, será responsable de gestionar las dependencias técnicas, coordinar la colaboración entre los distintos equipos involucrados, así como supervisar el staffing y la gestión presupuestaria de los proyectos a su cargo. Todo ello bajo marcos de trabajo Agile, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares y metodologías de ejecución del Grupo.

Responsabilidades:

• Traducir las necesidades de negocio en soluciones digitales escalables y alineadas con el roadmap global de Asset Management.

• Identificar, mitigar y resolver dependencias técnicas complejas entre las distintas iniciativas y proyectos del área.

• Planificar la asignación de personal (staffing) y controlar la ejecución presupuestaria de cada proyecto a su cargo.

• Supervisar el cumplimiento de los hitos clave para garantizar la excelencia, calidad y tiempo en la entrega de productos digitales.

• Dirigir la colaboración entre equipos multidisciplinares locales y globales, asegurando la alineación técnica con la división de Client Solutions Engineering Retail.

• Garantizar la adopción de metodologías ágiles y el cumplimiento de las normas de arquitectura y seguridad del Grupo.

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en la gestión de proyectos tecnológicos dentro del Grupo BBVA. Se valorará especialmente la experiencia en proyectos de alcance internacional o multipaís.

• Amplios conocimientos en el ciclo de vida completo del desarrollo de sistemas (desde el diseño y arquitectura hasta la implantación en producción).

• Experiencia técnica y desarrollo sobre infraestructuras AWS y VDC, así como dominio del stack tecnológico del Grupo (Ether / NextGen).

• Conocimiento del negocio de Asset Management o Banca Privada (Private Banking).

• Experiencia probada en gestión de personas, liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinares y marcos de trabajo Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
