Learn more about the area:

We would like to count on an ambitious professional with judgment and an independent mindset to join the team that will shape a new Multi-Family Office.

The Multi-Family Office is a newly created specialized unit oriented toward providing comprehensive strategic advisory services to clients, focused on the organization, preservation, and long-term growth of wealth, with autonomy in judgment and management. The unit operates as an independent subsidiary 100% owned by BBVA.

The position offers the opportunity to participate in the creation and development of a project from its beginnings, which entails both the appeal of building the area from scratch and the challenge of adapting to an environment and processes currently being defined, while having the backing of the entity.

What you'll do

Lead the strategy and advisory in real estate investment directly oriented toward the wealth needs of clients. The Senior Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and proposing real estate opportunities aligned with the wealth strategies of the MFO clients, accompanying them through the investment process and ensuring capital preservation and long-term value creation.

  • Design and propose personalized real estate investment strategies according to the profile, liquidity needs, and wealth objectives of each client.

  • Integrate the real estate proposal within the client's global wealth plan, coordinating with Family Officers and tax and legal specialists.

  • Identify and filter real estate market opportunities (direct or co-investment projects) in accordance with each client's strategy.

  • Coordinate the verification and review processes (due diligence) by relying on external advisors (technical, legal, and commercial).

  • Support the negotiation of agreements and contracts in the purchase/investment process alongside legal teams and the clients themselves.

  • Accompany Family Officers in meetings with clients to explain real estate investment proposals and perform follow-ups on their investments.

  • Act as an expert interlocutor for clients, families, developers, co-investors, and financial institutions.

What we're looking for

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience: Around 10 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector (Real Estate), focused on the analysis, selection, and execution of real estate investments and opportunities (with less focus on subsequent asset management/asset management).

  • Academic background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Law, or Engineering. Specific training or a specialized postgraduate degree in Real Estate is highly valued.

  • Languages: Native Spanish and professional/fluent English.

  • Knowledge of the real estate market: Deep understanding of the real estate sector and the typology of investment opportunities.

  • Investment analysis capacity: Judgment to evaluate the financial and commercial viability of real estate operations in a rigorous yet practical manner.

  • Client-oriented vision: Ability to translate the real estate market into wealth solutions and strategies tailored to each client.

  • Independent judgment and professional rigor: Capacity for objective and impartial argumentation based on the client's interest.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to transmit complex concepts clearly and influence positively high-profile clients and institutional interlocutors.

  • Orientation toward teamwork and collaboration: Ease in collaborating fluidly with Family Officers, cross-functional specialists, and external advisors.

  • Flexibility and adaptation: Capacity to develop proficiently in a newly created and evolving environment.

  • Empathy and long-term relationship vision: Capacity to generate trust, listen actively, and build lasting relationships.
