Internship: Engineering Subcontracts Bilbao

• Provide support in the management of subcontracting for the specific Construction activities and in the administration of Subcontracts, necessary for the construction and assembly of a Plant
• Support the management of issued subcontracts as well as support the development and testing of corporate tools for Subcontract Administration.
• Support the preparation of Award proposals, Subcontract reviews, monthly certifications of executed work, management of additional work....
• Support/Control in Subcontract Closing.
• Provide support in the analysis and Management of Claims

• 6-month scholarship, renewable. Possibility of subsequent employment.
• Flexible working hours, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Possibility of up to 2 remote work days from the third month onwards.
• Study allowance between €700 and €1,200 per month, depending on the scholarship holder's degree (bachelor's, master's or PhD)

• Student or recent graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Minimum B2 English level (a test will be carried out)
• Excel management

• Dar soporte en la gestión de la subcontratación de las actividades específicas de Construcción y en la administración de Subcontratos, necesarias para que se pueda construir y montar una Planta
• Apoyar en la gestión de los subcontratos emitidos así como apoyo al desarrollo y testeo de herramientas corporativas de Administración de Subcontratos.
• Apoyar en la elaboración de las propuestas de Adjudicación, revisiones de Subcontrato, certificaciones mensuales de trabajo ejecutado, gestión de trabajos adicionales....
• Apoyo/ Control en el Cierre de Subcontratos.
• Dar apoyo en el análisis y Gestión de Reclamaciones, con ayuda del área legal y de administradores de subcontratos.

• Beca de 6 meses, renovable. Posibilidad de contratación posterior.
• Jornada flexible de 35 horas semanales, de lunes a viernes. Posibilidad de hasta 2 días de prácticas en remoto a partir del tercer mes.
• Ayuda al estudio entre 700€ y 1200€ mensuales, en función de la titulación del becario/a (estudiante, grado o máster)
