Job Description
Join our new European Sales Training & Capability Academy and play a key role in creating and shaping how commercial teams across BD learn, develop and perform.
As a Sales Enablement & Capability Trainer, you'll be part of a new team of five colleagues based across Europe, enabling us to deliver high-quality, in-language training tailored to our local markets.
You'll deliver engaging sales training and coaching across Europe, helping customer-facing teams and managers turn methodologies, tools and insights into confident, impactful customer interactions.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine facilitation, coaching, sales excellence, digital learning, data and AI-enabled tools in a highly visible European role, while helping to build the future of our European Sales Training & Capability Academy.
