Job Description
Lead the local implementation of the Smart Factory program at the Fraga plant, acting as the primary liaison between corporate teams, global functions, and the plant's operational areas to ensure a successful, sustainable implementation aligned with business objectives.
Although they will not be directly responsible for the technical development of OT systems or OT-IT integrations, they must understand the concepts, architectures, and capabilities of industrial digital platforms to effectively lead their implementation within the manufacturing environment.
• Act as the local representative of the Smart Factory program.
• Lead the deployment of corporate digitalization initiatives at the plant.
• Ensure compliance with milestones, deliverables, and objectives established for the plant.
• Be the main point of contact between the plant, regional teams, and corporate functions.
• Coordinate the different involved areas: Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, OT, and IT.
• Facilitate alignment between the plant's operational needs and corporate standards.
• Manage dependencies, resources, risks, and escalations related to the program.
• Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Lead the adoption of new digital tools by supervisors, technicians, and production personnel.
• Develop communication, training, and engagement plans.
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• Identify organizational barriers and lead mitigation plans.
