Requirements

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in client-facing B2B roles: Customer Success, Account Management, consulting, or auditing.

  • Real leadership of conversations: you know how to prepare, direct, and close meetings with C-level, business, and technical profiles, ensuring everyone leaves knowing what the next step is.

  • Data-driven strategic vision: you move fluently between KPIs and processes, understand where the value lies for the client, and build solid arguments based on evidence.

  • Communication and influence: you generate trust, know how to adapt the message to each interlocutor, and manage pressure situations with calmness, firmness, and empathy.

  • Knowledge of how integrations work: you understand REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, testing and production environments, and data flows between systems, and you can follow (and drive) a technical conversation with IT. You do not need to program.

  • Reside in Mexico and have permission to work in the country.

  • Experience working with clients in Latin America and understanding of their business culture.

  • Native Spanish and professional English (C1).

Nice to have

  • Background in auditing (Big Four, auditing firms, or risk consulting): that school forms methodical and rigorous people who ask the right questions and know how to defend their conclusions to any interlocutor.

  • Experience in insurance, claims, insurtech, or enterprise B2B SaaS.

  • Having participated in implementations or integrations with insurance core systems (Guidewire, Duck Creek, proprietary developments...).

  • Proficiency in CRM and Customer Success tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Availability to travel throughout the region.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • Indefinite contract with our subsidiary in Mexico.

  • 100% remote work from anywhere in Mexico.

  • 23 vacation days per year, plus official Mexican holidays.

  • Medical insurance for you with GNP.

  • All statutory benefits.

  • A senior role with real autonomy and direct visibility to strategic clients.

  • Working with AI technology that is transforming a global industry.

  • A multicultural team, close-knit, and eager to do things right.

The role

🚀 Are you one of those people who enter a strategic meeting with a client and walk out with an agreed-upon action plan?

At Bdeo, we are transforming the insurance and fleet sectors with AI-driven Visual Intelligence. Today, we work with more than 70 clients in more than 20 countries, and we build AI agents that automate key steps in underwriting and claims management for insurers and fleets: from FNOL triage to damage assessment and cost estimation. LATAM is one of our strategic markets, and there, our clients are large insurers with complex processes, demanding teams, and high ambitions to implement successful technology.

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Specialist who swims like a fish in that environment. Someone who very well understands what value each client seeks and what is needed, both at Bdeo and within the client, for that value to be activated. Someone who leads conversations (not just accompanies them), who knows how to sustain a meeting with data and judgment, who is capable of redirecting a complicated situation but also of taking a satisfied client to the next level. And who understands integrations well enough to speak peer-to-peer with the client's IT teams.

If you are motivated by ensuring a new technology is truly adopted, driving change management within the client, and seeing how each account extracts increasingly more value from our solutions... this could be your next challenge 🎯

As a Senior Customer Success Specialist LATAM, you will be the point of reference for a portfolio of high-potential accounts in the region. Your main challenge will be to ensure that clients adopt our solutions and obtain measurable and growing value from them. You will have autonomy from day one to manage the relationship from end to end: onboarding, integration, adoption, results monitoring, and account growth. You will work hand in hand with Sales, Product, Tech, and Operations so that each project translates into real impact on the client's business.

What you'll do

  • Lead LATAM accounts and operations: you will be the voice of Bdeo to the client and the voice of the client within Bdeo.

  • Drive adoption and value: understand the business objectives of each client, identify what needs to change in their processes and teams to leverage the solution, and lead that change management alongside them.

  • Conduct high-impact conversations (follow-up committees, QBRs, product news presentations, escalations) with confidence, structure, and an orientation toward concrete agreements.

  • Manage expectations and align priorities: build long-term relationships of trust, negotiate with judgment, and say "no" when necessary.

  • Support technical integration of our solutions (APIs, webhooks, connectors with core systems like Guidewire) alongside the Tech team, understanding data flows and translating business needs into clear requirements.

  • Turn data into decisions: analyze usage and performance metrics (adoption, resolution times, automation rate, quality) to measure the value generated, anticipate risks, and detect new opportunities for improvement.

  • Grow your portfolio: identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities in coordination with Sales.

  • Contribute to the LATAM playbook: document processes, agreements, and learnings, and help define how we do Customer Success at scale in the region.
