• At least 6 years of experience in management, technical leadership, technological project coordination, or similar positions.

At BEIGAR, we are looking for a Technical Manager to join a leading company in innovation and cybersecurity projects.

We are looking for a profile with experience in technical leadership, project management, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams, capable of driving the development of innovative solutions and ensuring the correct technical execution of strategic projects.

The selected person will collaborate closely with the Product Architect, development teams, and various technical managers, participating in the planning, monitoring, and evolution of technological projects within the field of cyberdefense.

• Collaborate with the Product Architect to ensure the correct evolution and execution of the strategy defined for the product.
• Participate in the planning of project developments and in the management and monitoring of the backlog.
• Functionally coordinate the teams involved in the project.
• Perform daily monitoring of developments and project evolution.
• Manage efforts, resources, risks, and possible deviations.
• Participate in the management of deliverables, milestones, and project planning.
• Facilitate coordination between technical and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure the generation of designs, prototypes, and proofs of concept.
• Ensure the application of reference architectures in developments and their alignment with the unit's technological strategy.
• Identify problems, propose solutions, and facilitate technical decision-making.
• Contribute to the correct execution of technological innovation projects oriented towards the field of cyberdefense.
