What we're looking for

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in the field of project management, people management experience and be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements / Profile

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in an international environment
  • At least 2 years of experience in people and/or project management
  • Knowledge of the cyber security landscape and different technology vendors (SIEM, Splunk, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus

Languages

  • Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills (French, Spanish is) being a plus.

MDR Extended Services Manager.

Mission

The MDR Extended Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery extended services to our clients, working closely with the practice manager, engineers, and our clients to understand their specific operational needs and address them.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of approx. 10 people: regular follow up meetings, performance reviews, any administrative matters: holidays request, absence leave, etc.
  • Involved in the recruitment process for any new team members.
  • Tasks assignment within the team
  • Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and overall success of managed services.
  • Project management: working under timeline and budget constraints
  • Oversee the delivery of cybersecurity services to our clients, working closely with the Practice Leads and other departments to ensure successful project execution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their specific operational needs and address them
  • Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with industry best practices and standards
  • Monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects, providing regular updates to the practice manager and senior management
  • Provide technical guidance and support any stakeholders, as needed.
