IT Management and Compliance Consultant

• 3-4 years of experience in technology consultancy, IT project management, PMO, IT Governance, technological Compliance, or similar positions.
• Experience working in technological environments and the ability to understand different IT areas from a global perspective.

• Experience in follow-up and coordination of projects, initiatives, or action plans.

At BEIGAR, a technology consultancy specializing in building high-performance teams, we are looking for an IT Management and Compliance Consultant to join a stable project within a major international technology consultancy.

The position will have a marked transversal and coordination character, working with different areas of the company and acting as a connection point between IT, Security, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and other corporate areas.

We are looking for a person with experience in technological environments, organizational and follow-up capacity, ease in coordinating different stakeholders, and a global vision of the IT environment.

This is not a hands-on technical profile position, but rather a role oriented towards the management, governance, compliance, coordination, and follow-up of technological initiatives.

• Coordination and follow-up of initiatives related to compliance, regulations, and technological governance.
• Follow-up of tasks, owners, dates, milestones, and commitments.
• Coordination with different areas of the organization to ensure the progress of defined actions.
• Liaison with IT, Security, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and other corporate areas.
• Coordination with providers and internal teams when necessary.
• Identification and follow-up of blockages, dependencies, risks, and deviations.
• Support in the definition and follow-up of action plans.
• Preparation of reporting, documentation, and presentations for Management.
• Participation in and coordination of meetings with national and international teams.
• Follow-up on the fulfillment of acquired commitments and preparation of status reports.
