What requirements do you need to be part of the selection process?

• Vocational Training (Grado Medio) in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management, or similar.

• Previous experience of at least 1 year in administrative, operational support, or internal customer service positions.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Valuable experience in the use of SAP.

• Valuable experience in the retail, catering, or point-of-sale management sectors.

• Permanent contract on a full-time basis (40 hours per week), from Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a person to join our team as an Administrator for cafeteria support in the Harry Commercial Department, at our central offices located in Benetússer (Valencia).

• Telephone attention and support to points of sale.

• Management and monitoring of orders, as well as claiming and resolving incidents with suppliers.

• Preparation, updating, and maintenance of operational documentation: reports, incident logs, sales, technical sheets, manuals, procedures, and promotional campaigns.

• Drafting and sending internal communications directed to the coffee shop network.

• Management and updating of assortments and products through SAP.

• Coordination and monitoring of commercial and promotional signage.

• Management of operational incidents related to orders and points of sale.

• Support to the team in projects for opening new establishments.

• Preparation of reports and monitoring of indicators for the person responsible for the department.

• Organizational and planning capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Orientation toward detail and process monitoring.

• Ability to resolve incidents in an agile and effective manner.

• Proactive attitude and service orientation.
