Requirements

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in IT Business Partner, Senior Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar positions.
Experience working with contract management processes, legal departments, copyright, or corporate functions.
Experience coordinating business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
Ability to work in international environments and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience working in SAP environments and understanding the main business processes supported by the platform.
Knowledge of the integration of SAP with corporate applications and satellite systems.
Experience participating in implementation, evolution, or support projects for SAP solutions.
Knowledge of document management tools, contracts, copyright, or corporate applications that support legal functions.
Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects, process automation, and the application of emerging technologies for the improvement of business processes.
University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Advanced level of English (minimum B2-C1).

The role

We are looking for an IT Business Partner to act as a liaison between the Legal, Contract Management, and Copyright areas and the Technology teams.

You will be responsible for managing business demand, coordinating technological projects and initiatives, supervising vendors, and ensuring the correct evolution and support of the solutions that support contracting processes, rights management, royalties, and associated legal processes.

We are looking for a profile with a strong business orientation, capacity for transversal leadership and influence, and the ability to coordinate teams and vendors without direct hierarchical dependency.

What you'll do

Act as the main interlocutor between the Legal, Contracts, Copyright, and Technology areas.
Collect, analyze, and prioritize business needs, transforming them into functional requirements.
Coordinate projects, evolutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
Manage the relationship with technological vendors and partners.
Supervise the functional support and continuous improvement of the applications under your responsibility.
Coordinate internal and external multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives, deadlines, and quality.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, promoting the use of new technologies that add value to the business.
