Job description

The Image Management team, integrated within the Legal Department, is responsible for managing the legal and operational aspects related to images, illustrations, and other graphic materials incorporated into the company's publications. To this end, they work in a coordinated manner with the Editorial and Design teams, negotiate with rights holders, agencies, archives, and image banks for the acquisition and licensing of the materials necessary for each editorial project, and guarantee the correct use of this content in accordance with applicable regulations. We are looking to bring a person into the team through a training contract.

• Integrated into the Image Management team, providing legal and operational assistance to the various divisions of the company on matters related to the use of images and illustrations.
• Managing and negotiating with rights holders, agencies, archives, and image banks for the acquisition of illustrations, photographs, and other graphic materials, as well as the rights necessary for their use in various editorial projects.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts linked to the Image Management area, including assignment and licensing contracts for rights over illustrations and photographs, service provision contracts, and other agreements related to the acquisition and use of graphic content.
• Supporting the analysis and interpretation of legal issues related to the area.
• Collaborating closely with the Editorial and Design departments to respond to the needs of each editorial project regarding images.
