Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communication, Commerce, or related fields.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Commercial Marketing, or Key Account support, preferably in retail or consumer environments.
Knowledge: Experience in campaign management, promotions, and analysis of commercial results.
Tools: Advanced use of Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, and knowledge of Canva.

Nice to have

We value: Experience in the publishing, entertainment, media, or cultural industries, as well as in omnichannel and retail media environments.

The role

To design, coordinate, and implement trade marketing and commercial visibility actions for the company's main accounts, contributing to the achievement of sales objectives through the optimization of physical and digital spaces, the analysis of results, and coordination between clients, the Key Accounts team, marketing departments, and the commercial network.

We are looking for a person with a passion for reading and cultural industries, analytical capacity, creativity, and a commercial vocation, capable of transforming visibility opportunities into business results and with development potential towards Key Account management positions.

What you'll do

Trade Marketing and Commercial Visibility: Development and monitoring of actions to improve catalog visibility and positioning.
Key Account Support: Support in the management and development of strategic clients and their commercial plans.
Campaign Coordination: Coordination of campaigns and commercial actions among the different teams involved.
Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring of results, data analysis, and preparation of reports for decision-making.
Presentations and Commercial Support: Preparation of presentations and support materials for clients and internal teams.
