AI Business Lead

We are looking for a person capable of combining technological vision, business orientation, and execution capability. Someone who moves comfortably between technical teams, business areas, and clients, connecting opportunities with real Artificial Intelligence solutions.

We are looking for a person who can participate in a conversation about agents, LLMs, RAG, automation, or generative AI with a technical team and, at the same time, identify business opportunities, build value propositions, and help transform existing services through the use of AI.

• Relevant experience in technology, software, data, advanced analytics, or Artificial Intelligence environments.
• Recent experience working with Generative AI solutions, agents, automation, and LLM-based technologies.
• Solid knowledge of the current ecosystem of AI tools, platforms, and models.
• Experience in technology consulting, IT services, B2B companies, or technological integrators.
• Experience in pre-sales, definition of offers, service design, or development of new business lines.

• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into value propositions and concrete solutions.
• Ability to understand AI architectures and solutions without the need to assume a technical development role.
• Knowledge and monitoring of trends and the evolution of the Artificial Intelligence market.
• Ability to lead transversal initiatives and influence different areas of the organization.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.

• High level of English (C1 or higher).

We want to take a step forward in our Artificial Intelligence strategy and are looking for a person to lead this evolution transversally across the company. We are looking for an AI Business Lead with the objective of defining, driving, and coordinating the evolution of Artificial Intelligence at BETWEEN from three main perspectives: Business and clients, service portfolio, and talent.

They will be the transversal point of reference for AI Business within the company and will work together with Management, Business, Operations, Recruiting, and the different technical teams.

• Identify business opportunities related to AI in current and potential clients.
• Help evolve BETWEEN's current service portfolio by incorporating AI capabilities.
• Identify new services and delivery models derived from GenAI, agents, automation, and other emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with commercial teams in the identification and construction of opportunities.
• Participate in strategic meetings, workshops, and pre-sales processes with clients.
• Help build value propositions, use cases, demos, and pilots.
• Analyze how AI is transforming traditional models such as Staff Augmentation, Outsourcing, and Managed Services and propose how our offering should evolve.
• Detect opportunities to increase the value provided by our teams through new tools and ways of working based on AI.
• Maintain an updated vision of the AI ecosystem and its evolution.
• Analyze new technologies, platforms, models, agents, and solutions with potential impact on our business.
• Identify possible technological partners and collaboration opportunities.
• Drive pilots and proofs of concept that allow for the rapid validation of new solutions.

We are not looking for this person to personally develop all the solutions, but rather for them to have sufficient technological depth to understand them, evaluate them, and maintain high-level conversations with technical teams and clients.

 An especially relevant part of the role will be helping BETWEEN build and develop its AI talent capabilities.

• Define, together with Recruiting, the AI profiles that the company will need.
• Help identify and evaluate specialized profiles.
• Understand the differences and necessary capabilities in profiles such as AI Engineer, GenAI/LLM Engineer, ML Engineer, Data Scientist, AI Architect, or related profiles.
• Collaborate in interviews or technical validations when necessary.
• Build a vision of the talent available in the market and of the capabilities most demanded by our clients.
• Identify internal talent that can evolve towards new capabilities related to AI.
• Help define training, upskilling, and reskilling plans.
• Anticipate which profiles and skills will be necessary to be able to respond quickly to future commercial opportunities.

• Fixed salary between €50,000 and €60,000 gross per year, depending on experience and value contribution.
• Variable compensation linked to company results.

• Hybrid model: 3 days in person and 2 days remote, combining autonomy and collaboration.
