10+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, change management, or technology.

The role

We are looking for an AI Transformation Consulting Principal to lead the design, sale, and execution of AI transformation programs for clients. The role combines strategy, technology, change management, and value capture, helping organizations scale the use of AI, copilots, assistants, and accelerators in a responsible and measurable way.

What you'll do

Lead conversations with clients and senior sponsors to define vision, roadmap, and AI use cases.
Design and execute AI transformation programs, including operating model, governance, adoption, and value measurement.
Drive the adoption of copilots, enterprise assistants, and GenAI solutions.
Define change management and AI adoption strategies, including communication, training, enablement, and usage monitoring.
Advise on the selection of platforms, models, accelerators, and the build/buy/partner approach.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business, change, data, product, architecture, and engineering.
Support business development, proposals, account growth, and practice positioning.
